Find all contracts based on contacts or all contracts belonging to a company.

Setup recurrences

In Sales under Configuration -> Recurrences you find some predefined recurrences. Simply edit these defaults to your need or add new recurrences.

Recurrences are possible for once, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly intervals.

Name is the displayed value for selection in your sale order lines.

Additional name can be used for your needs.

Code is the internal id and must be unique.

Multiplier is for multiples of the above mentioned recurrences.

For example you need to contract a biweekly service:

Select weekly as recurrence and set the multiplier to 2.

Setup recurring product

Add a new Product in Sales -> Products.

On the right side of the form select the created recurrence from the steps above.

Create sale order

Create a new sale order in Sales -> Sales Orders.

Add you newly created, recurring product to your Order Lines.

The products default recurrence is displayed and can be changed on demand.

Save your Sale Order and confirm the sale.

On each order line with a recurring product is a gavel shown on the right.

If the order line is shown in italics, there is no contract created yet.

Click on the gavel and enter the contract begin date in the wizard.

Check effective immediatly if you want to skip the draft state of the new contract.

Service description will be taken for the automatic creation of further sale orders.

Hit Create.

Check for missing contracts

Go to Sales -> Contracts -> Missing contract. The tree view shows all order lines from all confirmed sale orders without a contract. Always check if this list is empty or you might loose some sales.

Create sale orders from contracts

Hit Sales -> Contracts -> Create sale orders and confirm the creation of all contracts due in the wizard.

Now you're taken to a tree view with all newly created Sale Orders out of contracts.

Select all of them and use Action -> Invoice Order to create the invoices.

Done.

Forecast annual sales

Go to Sales -> Contracts -> Contracts. In column Annual sales net you see the forecasted annual sales according to PRice unit net and recurrence.

Find customers contracts

In Sales -> Customers you see the gavel on the kanban view, showing the acutal number of active contracts. On the form view there is a smart button called Contracts. With a click you open the tree view of all contracts for this customer.
