- Track of Compensation work of an employee and manage compensation account in your organization. In company details we can set default password for new user and expense account for compensation rewards.
Adding Group : Module will add one group called "Compensation work" that will allow user belong to that group to fill up compensation request and manager will approve it.
Compensation request had following stages in workflo
- Draft : Initial request drafted by employee
- Confirmed : When employee send compensation request to manager.
- Approved : When Manager will approve compensation request.
- Reject : When Manager will reject compensation request.
- Completed : Once compensation will be rewarded by payment of voucher.
On completion of compensation flow system will generate voucher for accounting entries.
- Entry of Compensation reward can be seen in compensation page.
