End of Service Benfits

This module calculate the end of service benefits , it is fully configurable so that it can be used as you want , it calculate end of service reward depends on defined end of service salary structure, all you need todo is to configure end of service salary structure. we included parts of Kwait & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's law as an examples and pre configured in this module, both of them calculate end of service reward depends on employee's service years, contract wage and reason for the end of service.

Configuration

After installation you need to enter the Company's week ends per month ,end of service salary structure.

Screenshots

Go to Employees/Configuration/ Settings menu , and under End of service section set EOS salary structure and No. of weekends per month

Go to Employees/Configuration/ EOS Reason menu , and set reasons for End of service

Go to Employees/contracts menu and from Contract Details page, you can view the End of service Informations section

Set End service field to True and End service Button , Reason , EOS salary structure fields will be visible.You will be prombted to enter end of service reason

Click on End Service button will calculate working years from start date till today and create new payslip as shown below .

When you approve this payslip the contract state will be changed to expired , and leaving date will be written on employee page.
