Connections, jobs & main features
Org connections
- Connected App: Consumer Key / Secret, username, password and security token (or paste a refresh token).
- Environments: production or sandbox per connection, with Test Connection and attempt logs.
- Demo mode: explore sample CRM and sales data without calling a live Salesforce org.
- Batch controls: sync batch size and relief delay (seconds) for large datasets.
Progress, jobs & logs
- Live progress: created / updated / skipped / errors while each batch runs.
- Run in background: close the browser — cron continues the job; reopen Sync Jobs anytime.
- Resume & re-run: continue an interrupted job or start fresh from the job form.
- Sync logs: entity, direction, status, message, Salesforce/Odoo IDs and optional payload.

FAQs
Does this require Odoo Enterprise?
No. Salesforce Odoo Connector works on odoo 12 Community with Sales, CRM and the listed dependencies. Enterprise is optional.
Can I connect more than one Salesforce org?
Yes. Create multiple Connections (production or sandbox). Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products and orders keep separate mappings per org.
What credentials do I need?
Create a Salesforce Connected App with OAuth enabled (username-password flow or refresh token). Paste Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, username, password and security token into the Odoo connection — or paste an existing refresh token. Enable Demo mode to try without credentials.
Can sync keep running if I close the progress page?
Yes. Click Run in Background. The server cron continues batches. Reopen the job from Sync Jobs anytime to see progress and logs.
Which Odoo versions are available?
This package targets odoo 12 (module version 12.0.1.0.0). Matching builds are also maintained for Odoo 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19.
