How it works

1. Payment import

Imports bank email notifications, CSV/MT940/CAMT.053 statements, bank APIs (Revolut, Wise) and Odoo's own connected-bank feeds.

2. Intelligent matching

Uses 50+ extraction patterns in 31 languages plus statistical learning to match payments to the correct open Odoo invoices.

3. ERP recording

Matched payments are recorded against invoices in your Odoo, with full reconciliation and audit trail.

Setup in Odoo

  1. Install this module on your Odoo (any edition; on-premise or Odoo.sh).
  2. Click Connect — log in or create a free BOTS4.me account.
  3. Click Activate free trial & configure — connect your bank email or API and select your journal.
