Portal Timesheet Access Odoo Apps
Portal Timesheet Operations odoo app helps portal users to manage timesheet using portal access. Using this app portal users can create/add timesheets, manage timesheets like edit timesheets and delete timesheets from portal view. Portal Users also can sort timesheets by different ways like newest, oldest, sort by name, project and task, filter by year, month, week, quarter and today, sort by project or task. This Odoo app works for both community and enterprise Edition.
Features
Add Timesheet From Portal.
Portal user can add timesheet from portal view.
Manage Timesheets from Portal.
User can manage like edit and delete timesheet from portal view.
Different Sort By Options
User can sort by timesheet using different options like Newest, Oldest, Name A to Z, etc.
Different Filter By and Group By Options.
User can filter by and group by using different available options.Timesheet Menu
User can see "My Timesheets" menu on portal as shown bellow image.
View Timesheets
User have to click on "View all Timesheet" button to see all timesheet, or by entering date and clicking "Go" button, user can see timesheet of selected date.
Add Timesheet
User have to click on "Add Timesheet Activity" button to add new timesheet.
On add timesheet form user can add timesheet for allowd projects and task, date, work types, start time, end time, and description, After that user have to click on "Save" button.
Edit Timesheet
User can edit created timesheet by clicking "Edit" icon on timesheet.
ON edit form user can change timesheet details.
User can see edited timesheet and changed timesheet detail.
Search Timesheet
User can search timesheet by entering search query to search box.
User can see search result for search query.
Delete Timesheet
User also can delete timeshet from portal view, for that user just have to click on delete icon on timeshhet as shown bellow image.
User have to confirm popup for delete timesheet.
User can see timesheet is deleted.
Sorting By : Newest
User can apply different sorting by options like newest, oldest, name, project, task by A-Z, and Z-A.
Sorting By : Older
Sorting By : Name Z to A
Sorting By : Name A to Z
Sorting By : Project A to Z
Sorting By : Project Z to A
Sorting By : Task A to Z
Sorting By : Task Z to A
Filter By : Last Month
