Send Repair Order SMS
This module will allow to send SMS to customer when repair order is confirm.
This module has been tested in Enterprise version 13 only.
Highlights Of The Application
- Added field named Send SMS
- You can configure SMS text in SMS Configuration.
- Here by When repair order confirm then SMS will be sent.
Complete process for configuration and functionality explained below.
Select Settings from the Configuration Menu. Repair >> Configuration >> Settings
Configure SMS Text Here
Create repair order and select Send SMS and click on Confirm Repair button.
if customer has no Phone number then raise warning:
