Overview

Konseptual Propor (Prorate)

Deskripsi dan Contoh Penerapan
  • Propor diterapkan pada kondisi dimana terdapat pegawai baru yang joining date nya diantara periode penggajian dan cutoff penggajian.
  • Sebagai Contoh, Pegawai A Gaji pokok dan tunjangan tertulis pada kontrak sebesar Rp. 6.000.000 dan Rp. 1.200.000. dikarenakan joining date pegawai A pada 11 Januari dan cutoff penggajian perusahaan pada tanggal 20 setiap bulannya.
  • Maka, Gaji Pokok yang dibayarkan kepada Pegawai A tidak full namun di propor dari tanggal Joining Date Hingga Periode Akhir Penggajian misalnya 31 Januari.
  • dalam Kasus Berbeda, Misalnya Pegawai B, Joining pada 25 Januari maka tidak akan di propor namun penggajian nya akan masuk kedalam Penggajian Rapel Bulan Berikutnya.

  • Propor diterapkan pada kondisi dimana terdapat pegawai yang melakukan resign diantara periode penggajian.
  • Sebagai Contoh, Pegawai B Gaji pokok dan tunjangan tertulis pada kontrak sebesar Rp. 6.000.000 dan Rp. 1.200.000. dikarenakan pegawai A Resign pada Tanggal 15 Januari.
  • Maka, Gaji Pokok yang dibayarkan kepada Pegawai A tidak full namun di propor dari tanggal Awal Periode Penggajian Hingga Tanggal 15 Januari.

Perhitungan Propor (Prorate)

Perhitungan Jumlah Hari Kerja
  • Jumlah Hari Kerja propor dihitung dari Hari Worksday, misalnya Senin - Jumat (bergantung pada settingan employee working hours)
  • Apabila terdapat public Holiday, maka secara otomatis hari libur tersebut tidak dihitung.

  • Setting Cutoff pada menu Payroll >> Configuration >> Settings, isikan kolom tanggal dengan tanggal batas cutoff
  • Pada Employee data, di tab HR Setting terdapat Field isian Joing date dan Resign date
  • Menambahkan Python Code pada salary Rule Gaji Pokok dan Tunjangan Jabatan dengan metode Propor (Prorate)
