Vendor Portal
Feature
- Access right provided for vendor portal process.
- Create vendor as a portal user and can send the signup mail notification to the vendor for signup.
- Registered vendors detail in seperate view.
- Generate the request for quotation of product and select the associated vendor.
- Mail Notification will be send to all configured vendor about quotation request.
- Quotation detail visibility on vendors account.
- Vendor can submit their quote detail from their account.
- Admin can confirm single vendor out of submitted quote vendors and can generate purchase order of that vendor.
Configuration
Go to General Settings >> User & Companies and assign the Vendor Portal access group.
Create Vendor
Go to Vendor Portal > Vendors , and create the vendor.
Send SignUp Mail Invitation
Admin can send the signup invitation to the vendor for signup.
Vendor As Portal User
Now vendor is created as portal user.
Registered Vendors
All the registered vendor details.
Generating RFQ for Vendor
Go to Vendor Portal >> Vendor Quotation, and create one quotation of product, specify the quantity and select the vendors for product.
Quotation Mail Notification
On Quotation confirm, mail notification will be send to the assigned vendors about quotation request.
Vendor Portal
Quotation Request
Vendor can accept the request for quotation and can submit their quote detail by clicking on the status.
Submit Quote Detail
Enter the quote product price detail or any other additional note.
Vendor Quote Details
Vendors submitted qoute detail will be shown to admin.
Select Vendor
Select vendor and assign the requested quote to selected vendor and make the process completed.
Purchase Order
Purchase order will be generated of the selected vendor.
View Purchase Order
View the created purchase order.
Confirm Notification
Selected vendor will receive confirmation message of there purchase order.
Failed Notification
The vendor who are not selected for requested quotation will receive notification that the quote has beed assigned to another vendor.
