Product Low Stock Alert by Report

Product low stock alert module provide feature to send the email notification for low stock products in .xlsx format report with onhand quantity and minimum stock limit details.

Set Product Minimum Quantity

  • We have configuration to set minimum quantity (Stock Limit) in product master form view.

Set Low Stock Responsible Users

  • We can configure Low Stock Responsible Users, which is available in inventory main configuration. System will automatically send email notification to responsible users.

Configure Outgoing Mail Server

  • We need to configure atleast one Outgoing Mail Server to send Low Stock XLSX report as a E-mail to Responsible Users.

Low Stock Alert via Email

  • Responsible users will receive email with product details in .xlsx format report, product details contains information like product name, available quantity with minimum stock limit.

  • Scheduled Job will automatically send email with attachment of product details in .xlsx format report everyday to configured responsible users.
