Module overview
Install Shipping Pro, open Shipping → Guide for the full process, stay in Demo, then open Connections. Six courier logins are already there (sandbox, Shiprocket, Delhivery, EasyPost, Shippo, Easyship). Test ping never leaves Odoo.
What this module adds
One Community app for ops after the AWB — not a thin courier wrapper. One connection = one third-party login (Shiprocket, Delhivery, EasyPost, Shippo, Easyship, plus a local sandbox). Native Odoo still has one delivery type: Shipping Pro. Demo seeds sample rates, AWB jobs and tracking with zero courier HTTP. The same PIN rules drive quotations, Odoo Website checkout and /ship_pro/v1/quote. You paste your keys when you go Live. They bill the courier. There is no WebbyCrown shipping wallet.

How it works
- Read the Guide — Shipping → Guide. Three pieces (connection vs delivery method vs courier account), then Demo → live keys → sale / checkout / quote API → rate → AWB → label → track → NDR → COD.
- Demo first — Stay in Demo. Getting started is the short version. Load Demo connections. Test ping never leaves Odoo.
- Open Shipping → Connections. Six cards are already there: sandbox, Shiprocket (Mumbai), Delhivery (North COD), EasyPost (export), Shippo (world), Easyship (UK). One card = one third-party login.
- Open a card. Tab Courier keys is empty on purpose. Tab How this works is the same story on that login. Test ping stays inside Odoo.
- Open Jobs and Logs. You should see Demo ping, rate, AWB and track rows. Courier HTTP was not called.
- Open Shipping → Pincode flow. Demo seeds several methods, all provider Shipping Pro: West India (400 / 411) → Shiprocket, North COD (110 / 122) → Delhivery, rest of India, United States → EasyPost, United Kingdom → Easyship. Type 400001 — West India. Type 110001 — North COD. Type SW1A 1AA — UK.
- Create a quotation for the Mumbai Demo customer (PIN 400001). The method and a Demo rate (₹149 Express) are added automatically. Confirm puts that method on the delivery. No courier HTTP.
- Odoo Website (if eCommerce is installed) uses the same PIN list at checkout. Another site / app copies the Storefront API token from Settings and calls
/ship_pro/v1/quote. - Day-to-day: sale with Shipping Pro → rate (Demo card or Live courier) → Book AWB on the delivery → print label → Refresh tracking. Demo never calls a courier. Live uses YOUR aggregator keys.
- When you go live: Settings → turn Demo off → paste your keys on that connection → set Live → Test ping. Copy the webhook URL into the courier panel. You bring the courier account. There is no WebbyCrown shipping wallet.

FAQs
Does this require Odoo Enterprise?
No. It installs on Odoo 14 Community with Sales, Inventory and Delivery. Website is not required.
Do you sell shipping labels or a courier wallet?
No. You open the account at Shiprocket, Delhivery, EasyPost, Shippo or Easyship. They bill you. Paste your key on that connection. There is no WebbyCrown shipping plan.
Does Demo call a courier?
No. Demo never opens a socket to a courier host. Test ping, website checkout and the storefront quote API stay inside Odoo. Turn Demo off only after you paste your keys.
Can I use more than one courier?
Yes. One connection per login. Example: Mumbai prepaid on Shiprocket, Delhi COD on Delhivery, US on EasyPost or Shippo, UK on Easyship. Native Odoo still uses one delivery type: Shipping Pro. Customer PIN picks which method is offered.
Where are jobs and logs?
Open Shipping → Jobs and Shipping → Logs. The dashboard also lists recent jobs. API keys are Manager-only.
Can another website or app get rates?
Yes. Settings → copy the Storefront API token and call GET or POST /ship_pro/v1/quote with zip + country. Demo rates. No courier HTTP. Odoo Website checkout uses the same PIN rules when eCommerce is installed — it is not a module depend.
