Advance Payment/Register Payment From Sales and Purchase orders

You can register advance payment from sales quotation and purchase quotation. This application generate payments with proper journal entry which you can reconcile with the invoice/bills from same customer/vendors. it will maintain advance payment history also in respective documents.

First Of all create Sales Quotation. You can see Advance Payment Button in only Draft State.

When You click on Advance Payment, It will Open One wizard to fill some details. you can also register advance payment in different currency.

After Register Advance Payment, you can see 1 smart button that will redirect to that payment. If you dont want to redirect to that payment then also you can see advance payment history lines.

You can see the journal entry for that registered advance payment.

Now create Invoice from sales order.

Here, this is your draft invoice created from sales order.

Now you can validate that invoice and you can see outstanding payment for that customer.

Simply you can click on add button to reconcile that advance payment to invoice.

Now create Bills from purchase order.

Here, this is your draft Bills created from Purchase order.

Now you can validate that Bills and you can see outstanding payment for that customer.

Simply you can click on add button to reconcile that advance payment to bills.
