Fully Customizable Templates for Sales Orders & Quotations
For an Odoo ecommerce store owner the ability to customize their quotations and sales orders is a very useful feature, especially for B2B stores. Customizability of quotations and sales order is an important aspect of store branding. Keeping this in mind AppJetty has come up with a powerful Odoo sales order and quotations manage app to customize these customize format and branding of quotations and sales orders. With Clever Multiple Quotation/Sales Order Templates, you can effortlessly manage all the fields of your sales orders and quotations starting from your company name and logo to the customer address! There are 8 types of templates in-built in the app for use. Admin can use any of these templates or customize it anyway they want. Admin can set text colors, company details, logos and also can add product description in the sales order and can choose different colors with color picker.

- Multiple Template Options for generating sales order and quotations
- Admin can choose from 6 eye-catching templates and can customize it as per business requirement.
- For the printing of sales order, first priority will be given to the default store template set for sales orders. If any default store template is not set, then the template set for that particular customers will be used. If no template is set for customers also, then Contemporary template will be used. In any case, the default Odoo template will never be used.

- With Odoo sales order report template admin can modify following fields of the quotation and sales order templates.

- For the Templates, First priority for templates set on individual object, if not then set on decided for customer and after then set on decided for company. If everything is not set Contemporary Templates will be used.
- View the preview of report templates while setting it for quick view of how the report will look like.
- Different Report Templates for Different Customers
- Admin can set Different Report Templates for different Customers with Multiple Report Templates.
- Color Picker for managing text colors
- Admin can choose any color for the editable text fields with the color picker provided by odoo sales order & quotation template.
- Manage Content of the Sales Order/Quotation
- Admin can choose whether product description is needed in the quotation or not. Admin can also choose whether or not company name & customer name will be displayed in bold in the quotation. Admin can also add company logo and watermark in the quotation.
- Multiple Printing Options Supported
- With Odoo sales order report template admin can generate PDF for the Reports and print them.
- Admin can print the Sales Order/Quotation with the configured templates from 2 places:
- From top menu in Sales Order/Quotation form
- From print button in Sales Order/Quotation form
- Print Quotations & Sales Orders in Various Languages
- With Odoo Quotation Templates admin will be able to print quotations in various languages like French (Francis), German (Deutsch) & Arabic based on customerâs preferred language.
