Create Sales Order from POS
The Create Sales Order from POS module allows cashiers to instantly create a Sales Order from the current POS cart without leaving the Point of Sale screen. Users can choose the Sales Order state, add customer notes, and generate a Sales Order with all order lines in just a few clicks. Every Sales Order created from POS is linked to its corresponding POS Session, making it easy to track, manage, filter, and access Sales Orders directly from the backend.

📖 User Guide
1. Enable the Create Sales Order from POS Feature
Go to Settings → Point of Sale. Under the Create Sales Order from POS section, enable the Show Create Sale Order Button on POS Screen option.
2. Prepare the POS Order
Add products to the POS cart, select a customer, then open the Actions menu.
3. Open the Create Sales Order Dialog
Click the Create Sales Order button to open the Create Sales Order dialog.
4. Create a Sales Order
Select the Sales Order state, enter a customer note, then click Create Sales Order to create a Sales Order from the current POS order.
5. Sales Order Created Successfully
A confirmation message is displayed indicating that the Sales Order has been created successfully for the current POS order.
6. View Sales Orders in the Backend
The Sales Orders created from POS are displayed in the backend with all the relevant order details.
7. Filter and Group Sales Orders
Users can filter Sales Orders created from POS using the Created From POS filter and group them by POS Session using the Group By option.
8. Access Sales Orders from the POS Session
Users can access all Sales Orders created from the POS Session by clicking the Sales Orders smart button.
9. Sales Orders List View
This is the list view of Sales Orders created from POS.
10. Customer Selection Validation
If the cashier attempts to create a Sales Order without selecting a customer, a warning message is displayed prompting them to select a customer first.
11. Product Validation
