Property rental management is simple and efficient module to renting and handling maintenance requests

Building

In building menu user will able to create the building name and related details, it will be used in floors, properties, contracts and reporting, User can easily find how many property availble in specific building, Active contracts and inactive properties, User can click and see the records of each building total, active and inactive values

Floors

In floor menu user will able to create the floor and related details, it will be associated with building and property,

Properties

In Property menu user will able to create the Property and related details, it will be associated with building and floors, Here user give the monthly and daily rent values, etc

Customers / Tenants

In Customers we have two menu items,One is contract another one is Tenants

In Contracts menu user will able to create Rent contracts. User need to select the customer details, Property details then it will automatically bring the Monthly value or daily value based on contract value type After that user can select full payment or installment,

If it is daily value then it will calculate days and give you the total value, In Payment option you can pay full or installment also If it is monthly installment then they have to choose how many months and day of the every month, After That click the Generate plan button it will create the Scheduled Invoice plans as per configuration

After That click the Generate plan button it will create the Scheduled Invoice plans as per configuration, After the generated the plan you have click active button to make the contract running state

In Tenant menu you can see the details of the tenants

In Tenant menu you can see the details of the tenants and you assign a portal access by default odoo option

Using portal access he can login to the portal He can create and view the requests by clicking view property button in property menu page

Tenant can create request and view request only for his properties, His properies properties only listed in his protal page.

Greeting message after request sumbit

If tenant sumbit the request from portal it will automatically come to request in backend they maintenance person can change the status of the request by manualy

Reports by Building

Property availablity and booking days will be displayed here as per contract start and end dates for selected building in report wizard

Automation: Generate Invoices

if you want to generate the scheduled invoices from contract for specific month then click generate invoice wizard in automation menu and select any of the date in that specific month and click generate invoices button, It will auomatically generate the all invoices related to that month from contract User can create invoices one by one also by clicking create invoice button in contract record.

Contract

After generating invoices in contract record it will display the total invoice value and paid value
