Product Reservation | Reserve Product for Sales Order
Main Features:
- Allow sales users to create a product stock reservation from the sales quotation form.
- Allow you to create and manage sales orders with stock reservations for products on the sales order form view.
- Gives you a product reservation feature on sales order form a view of Odoo standards.
- Allow sales users to unreserve stock also once the customer confirms the order.
- Email notification to stock users during reservation from sales quote state.
- Allow users to choose which product(s) from the sales quotation line sales users want to reserve on the wizard of reservation.
- Allow users to choose how much quantity of product from quotation they want to reserve on wizard.
- Allow you to view and manage stock reservation records and pivot tables for reservations as shown.
- Allow you to see the complete history of stock reservations on the sales order form as shown.
- Reservation stock Location data created by our system will allow the system to reserve stock/product under that reservation location.
- Create a unique sequence number of reservations recorded.
- If you are using "Send goods in output and then deliver (2 steps)" and "Pack goods, send goods in output and then deliver (3 steps)" for "Outgoing Shipments" on Warehouses configuration (Odoo Standard) then you can also use your selected source location by selecting the checkbox on the wizard as below - "Change Source Location for Reservation Move?" and select Source Location.

Product On hand and Forecasted Quantity before Reservation Apply
You can see product quantity before reservation on buttons (Odoo Standard Buttons)
Sales Quotation / Sales Order Form [Odoo Standard]
Create Stock Reservation button: When clicking Create Stock Reservation button, it will open a popup to select the product(s) to reserve.
Apply Stock Reservation Checkbox: If Apply Stock Reservation is ticked then you can make a reservation for the product.
Stock Reservation Wizard
Email Notification selection: Email Notification will send an email to selected users.
Sale Order Line Tab: In the Sale Order Line, add product(s) to be reserved.
Show Reserved Stock Smart Button on Sales Form Odoo Standard
Reserved Stock Button: You can view all reserved stock from the sale orders by clicking on the button.
Created Stock Reservations Record
You can view all created reservation records in the list view as shown.
Product Forecasted Quantity after Stock Reservation on Product Form (Odoo Standard)
You can view updated product quantities after reservation from sales orders.
