A personal message, in fewer steps
Start a WhatsApp conversation from Odoo without any API, subscription or connector.
Templates with placeholders
Write "Hi {{ object.name }}, your order is ready in {{ object.city }}" once. Each contact gets their own version, rendered the moment the chat opens.
Live preview
Pick a contact on the template form or in the composer and read the real message before anyone else does.
Numbers that work
(079) 4000-1234, 0091 98250 12345, +44 7700 900123 ext 22 all become the plain international digits WhatsApp expects.
Country fallback
The contact's own country first, then a company-wide default, so an Indian and a British contact are both right in the same database.
Correct encoding
The text is percent-encoded, so &, #, %, + and line breaks arrive intact instead of cutting the message short.
Bulk without chaos
Select forty contacts, compose once, and get a prepared list you work through row by row. Each row flips to Opened, so you always know where you stopped.
