CRA-Portal Connector
Cybersecurity & Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance status on your products, inside Odoo
For manufacturers, importers and distributors of products with digital elements that must meet the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA, Regulation (EU) 2024/2847): product cybersecurity, vulnerability handling, SBOM, CE marking and conformity — tracked per product in Odoo.
What it does
- CRA Compliance tab on products — live conformity status (compliant / in progress / not compliant), the public verify link and badge, matched on the product Internal Reference (SKU).
- One-click sync — Action → Sync CRA status refreshes every product in a single call.
- Incident-ready — a link to the CRA Article 14 incident-response process (24h / 72h / final report) with a tabletop drill.
- NIS2 — organisation readiness is available via the companion NIS2-Portal Connector module.

External service & data
This module is a connector to the CRA-Portal compliance service (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847) and requires an active CRA-Portal account and Partner-API key to show data. Configure it under Settings → CRA-Portal and press Test connection.
Data sent: the connector sends only the product Internal Reference (SKU) and name of the products you choose to sync, plus your organisation identifier, over HTTPS, authenticated by your Partner-API key. No end-customer, financial or personal data is transmitted. Status data is written back onto your product records; you keep ownership of your data at all times. Support and Data Privacy Policy: cra-portal-support (see manifest support email).
Requirements
- An active CRA-Portal account and a Partner-API key (scopes products:read, keurmerk:read).
- Python requests on the Odoo server.
This module surfaces compliance status; it is not legal or security advice.
