Stop relying on a link to your Terms & Conditions that customers overlook or can't tap on mobile. This app renders your existing Terms & Conditions text as real pages directly onto every printed quotation and customer invoice.
The problem: a linked T&C page can be argued away in court
If your quotations and invoices only link to your Terms & Conditions, those terms can be challenged in a legal dispute. You cannot prove which version the customer actually saw — the linked page can be edited at any time afterwards, so there is no verifiable record of what was agreed at that moment. In court, terms that can't be pinned to the document can effectively be set aside.
The fix: this app renders your Terms & Conditions as real PDF pages inside every quotation and invoice — a fixed, tamper-evident snapshot that travels with the document and shows exactly what the customer received on that date.
Why you'll love it
Legally sound — not just a link
A link can be bypassed and proves nothing: you cannot demonstrate that the terms behind it weren't changed after the fact. Merged as real pages, the exact Terms & Conditions the customer received are a fixed, tamper-evident part of the document.
No more easy-to-miss links
Your Terms & Conditions travel with the document as full pages, not as a clickable link that gets lost or ignored.
Zero extra setup
Uses the Terms & Conditions text you already maintain under Settings > Invoicing. Nothing new to upload or configure.
Always in sync
Update your Terms & Conditions text once and every document printed afterwards reflects it — no separate file to replace.
Safe by default
If your company doesn't use the HTML Terms & Conditions setting, documents print exactly as before.
What you get
- Terms & Conditions rendered from your existing Odoo setting
- Automatically appended to printed quotations (sale orders)
- Automatically appended to printed customer invoices and credit notes
- Vendor bills and other internal documents are left untouched
- No configuration needed beyond Odoo's own Terms & Conditions setting
