This app allows doctors to manage clinics. The app allows you to create and manage patients, doctors, appointments (meetings), patient visits, patient reports, and invoices/payments.

Main Features:

• Allow your user to create and manage patient information from the patient's menu.
• Allow creation and manage doctors from the doctor's menu.
• Allow you to create and manage patient visits with information on visit details and check-up details on the visit form as per the below screenshots.
• Allow you to create and manage patient reports, and appointments based on patient visits.
• Send by email button to send patient visit PDF report to patients by email.
• On the patient visits, form sees the previous visits for that patient to click on the previous visit button.
• See the Patient Reports from the Patient Visit form view. This will allow you to record reports like X-Ray, Blood Tests, etc etc, and attach them to the chatter of the report form.
• Allow you to create and manage the next appointment from patient visit form.
• Allow printing patient visit pdf report as shown in the below sample.
• Patients can see the clinic visits list on the portal account page of your website portal.
• Patients can print the patient visits PDF on the portal account page of your website portal.
