Project Hill Chart | Project Progress Trajectory | Project Scope Progress Insights | Project Progress Visualization
Project Hill Chart enhances Odoo Project management with an interactive Hill Chart that
helps teams visually track project progress, confidence, scopes, and related tasks. Project
managers can create and manage custom scopes, position them on the Hill Chart, and easily
monitor how each scope progresses over time.
The module also connects scopes with Odoo project tasks, allowing users to access and manage
related tasks directly from the Hill Chart. With the built-in update history, teams can
track changes made to scopes and review how project progress has evolved.

Easily create and manage custom scopes directly within projects.
Link project tasks with specific Hill Chart scopes.
Click scope dots to quickly access related tasks.
Organize scopes according to their respective projects.
Seamlessly integrate Hill Chart functionality with standard Odoo projects and tasks.
Configure Hill Chart for a Project
After installing the module, navigate to Projects > Configuration > Projects and open the project you want to configure for Hill Chart tracking. In this example, we are configuring the Home Construction project, as shown in the attached image. From the project configuration, you can enable the Hill Chart functionality and begin tracking project scopes visually.
Create and Configure a Hill Chart
Click the Hill Chart smart button on the project to open the Hill Chart dashboard, then create a new chart. You can quickly populate the chart with predefined scopes by clicking Add Sample Scopes. In this example, we have added the sample scopes, which are automatically displayed on the Hill Chart. You can also create and add your own scopes manually using the Add Scope button.
Add a Scope with Custom Progress
You can manually add a new scope to the Hill Chart and set its progress according to your project requirements. In this example, we have added a Test Scope and positioned it at 40% progress on the Hill Chart.
Create a Task from the Task Home Page
Click on the dot icon to navigate to the Task Home page. From there, create a new task. In this example, we have created a Test Task, as shown in the image.
