Partner Credit Maximum

Boost sales productivity

- A parameter "maximum outstanding" on the customer record (Visible and modifiable by account_manager).
- Visibility of the balance (maximun outstanding - total unpaid invoices) visible by everyone.
- When creating a quote, the user receive a warning that the customer has exceeded the limit of credit.
- Blocking the order except for the accountant.
- View the balance in the view list of clients.
