Ho comprato questo tema per v14 guardando l'anteprima dal vivo (funziona solo per 16). dopo l'acquisto ho un problema con la visualizzazione del carrello che non è come nella live. contatta lo sviluppatore. inviami un preventivo di $ 900 per correggere questo bug. il modulo costa $ 250. assurdo non è molto grave, ognuno tragga le proprie conclusioni. Ho richiesto il rimborso per la non conformità.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I am absolutely dissatisfied. Hands off this company!
We are a customer of Odoo and would like to build a 2nd online store. Our main online store is currently running on magento. There was the consideration to convert this at some point also to Odoo.

For our new online store we decided to use a theme from Emipro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The presentation of the theme was already not very good, but we still decided to buy it.

Unfortunately we made a small mistake and bought the theme for Odoo version 14, we need the theme for Odoo version 13. From our point of view this should not be a problem to correct this mistake of a customer, but unfortunately the company refuses and refers to a 2nd purchase of the theme of version 13.

This makes us absolutely dissatisfied. Better buy somewhere else!

I'm interested to purchase this theme, but first I have some questions : 

- Is the theme exist en French ? I mean, is it possible to have and use it in a French version ? 

- Is it possible to add some extra features in the basket page, for exemple : authorize client to add some customize message ou add paper gift ? 

Do I need Emipro Theme Base for the theme working ? If yes, do I need to purchase something else ? Can you tell me more about it.

I made the mistake of buying v13 instead of v14, I instantly told them but their reply was it was my fault so I lost the money and have to buy v14 in full. I talked to several people in the company within the next three days and they all gave me the same answer: pay double.

Instead of focusing on how to give a better product and customer support, they try to take advantage of people's honest mistakes.

Please don't support companies like this, there a lot of very good options for you to buy.

Such an excellent and easy to use theme with a ton of functionalities. I'm also very pleased with Emipro's support team that has helped with configuration and customization of the theme.

Hello, could you please tell me, whether customers can log in to leave reviews, or whether they can only leave comments after purchasing?
For other theme I bought before, I can log in to leave reviews(it is wrong), should be allowed to leave comments after purchasing(it is right)

The theme is buggy and reported to Emipro. Emipro said the bug is NOT originated their code but from Odoo.

- Full Image block :  It works only on homepage. It will not work on other pages
- Steps block : When changing icon, It will place it on the left and produce a background color in rectangular. Supposed to be centered inside a circle
- Feature Grid Block : When changing icon, the output is not as expected
- Animation for column : it will cause the block disappear from mobile view after animation is set.

I'm not sure if the bug is really caused by odoo. To my best understanding, the theme should work on Odoo V14 CE/EE.

I already communicated with emipro and now waiting for the solution.

Its really easy to work with the theme and the support from the developers is very fast!
