This module was provided in earlier versions of Odoo/OpenERP. But it was removed in the latest versions i.e Version 10.0 and 11.0. We have developed this module to provide the same functionality as it was providing in its earlier version.
With this module user can raise a claim for certain issues with any provided service.
Claims Menu
Claim can be raised from Sales, where After-Sale is provided into menu. Claims can be raised from Claim option. On clicking Claim option, a new page will be displayed where claims that are already raised will be displayed and also new claim can be raised.
Place Claim and Other Details
You have to provide details of against whom you want to place claim and other details.
