Generates Unique ID for Employees

Developed a new module in Community and Enterprise to generate employee id.

This module has been tested in Community version 13 only.

Complete process for configuration and functionality explained below.

After installation Employee ID field will be added to employee form. And Creating a Employee it will automatically generate a unique code for Employee
