After installing the app, navigate to 'Settings' to 'Users' and set the users you'd like to have the ability to confirm & unlock SOs by checking the box like in the image below (The checkbox functions when the user is anything except for a Sales Manager).

Logged in as a user (ie: Marc), whose SO confirmation and unlocking access rights are limited, you won't find any of the buttons related to SO confirmation and unlocking.
