bad felling i bought it and this module not working in windows os , the author told me work in linux and i asked him to make some modification to change style only with english output he asked me to bay 500$ ... very bad not recommend to buy it.

No one asked your recommendation, you know properly that the module doesn't have any issues and it works properly but you need to install the module on odoo instance hosted on ubuntu operating system then you can access and print arabic from any other operating systems including Windows Os . but you are trying to install it in windows Os which doesn't support some libraries which this module depend on. the module has no issues just install it on ubuntu then you can print from windows. regarding the 500$ you requested additional customizations and I told you how much it will cost if you do not afford it that is your issue Regards
