All the created claims are listed in this view ,by default the status of any claim is Pending The responsible person has to accept or reject the claim created.
Invoices and Products associated to any customer
The user needs to select the customer and all the invoices and products related to that given invoice will be listed below in the product lines.
The details related to the customer will also be listed automatically after selecting the customer.
Expense Details
The spares that are replaced while reparing are added in here along the tax associated with that spare part Also the user can add labour charges by creating a new product labour .
Replacement Details
The user has to list out the new product details along with the reason of replacement which can be added up with a brief description in observation field listed.
Authorised service Center Details
Every Service Center Gets an unique vendor code which is auto generated, when we creat a new customer/vendor The details of vender are listed on selecting a customer.
