Odoo10 doesn't have a feature of Schedule Activity Management, This odoo app added Schedule Activity management option along with multiple features. All in One Schedule Activity Management Odoo App is used to configure 3 options for users like 1) Manage multi users in activities 2) Activity Supervisor and 3) Activity Manager. Users can assign schedule activity to one or more users using different kinds of activities like Email, Call, Meeting etc. Activity Supervisor has access to his/her own and his team activities but Activity Manager has access to his/her own and all activities. Users can use the activity dashboard to find out today's activities, late activities, future activities and history of activities using filter activity by model. Users can see schedule activity in reports like bar chart, line chart, pie chart etc. User views schedule activities by list view, kanban view, calendar view etc. Users can also view scheduled activities by filters like activity history, late activities, today activities etc.This odoo app also provides features to view activity history and is able to use schedule activities for multiple companies.

Manage Multi Users in Activity
User can schedule an activity to one or more users while configured option of manage multi users in activity.
Configured Activity Supervisor
User can configured activity supervisor option so they checked assigned users schedule activities.

User can configured activity manager option so they checked all users schedule activities.

While using activity dashboard user can check today activity, late activity, future activity and activity history with using filter activity by model.

User can get due activity notfication on due date and also select days before due days and days after due days with set days.

User can see "Schedule Activity" button on chatter, Clickin on button will open new wizard, user can select Select Activity Type, Summary, Manager, Supervisor, Assigned to, Due Date and also select multiple users for activity under "Assigned to multi users" click "Schedule" button on wizard.

Activity Notification Configuration
Under General Settings menu user needs to enable "Due Activity Notification" in order to get notification, Also needs to enable "On Due Date" to get notify on due date, "Days Before Due Date" to get notification befor entered days, "Days After Due Date" to get notify after entered due days.
Enable "Notify Create User" to get notify create user for due activity, Enable " Days Before Due Date Create" to get notify before entered days and "Days After Due Date Create" to get notify after entered days of due activity.

Under Activity Management > Dashboard menu user can see activity dashboard.
Today Activity on Dashboard
The activity form view of the admin looks like below with all deatils of activity.
User can see today activity on calendar view.
User can see today activity on kanban view.

Late Activity on Dashboard
Click on "Late Activity" tiles on dashboard to show late activity.
User can see all late activity in tree view.

Under Activity Management > Activity > My Activity menu user can see his/her own activities.
