CRM Reminders Management
Reminder module allows you to be up to date for each Opportunity in the CRM
Reminder management is based on
The reminders is concerning the next activity date (Next activity).
It concerns also the deadline date (Expected closing).
Sending a CRM reminders by email to the salesperson.
Stoping the reminder whenever you want.
Next activity date reminders (with 3 reminders).
- 1 day before.
- 2 days before.
- 3 days before.
Deadline date reminder (with 1 reminders).
- 1 day before.
Sending a CRM reminders by email to the salesperson :
1- Email reminder for activity.
2- Email reminder for expected closing.
In Configuration -> Templates : You will find two Email templates (one for next activity and the other for expected closing). You can edit the content of the template as you want.
You can stop the reminder whenever you want.
