Automatically Send Email Reminders To Your Clients for Unpaid Invoices

This App will assist you to follow up on payment of due invoices by sending automated courtesy email message to your customer on regular intervals set by you.

All invoices which have passed the due date by more 1 day or more (you can change this in the settings), will be selected and the customer on that invoice will receive an email reminder to pay.

Automated Reminders!

No more manual checking of due invoices which have not been paid. This app will check for you and send an email to the customer reminding him/her to pay. The reminder will again be sent after a set number of days or weeks or months. The default interval is weekly starting from the day you install the app.This can be changed in the settings to suite your requirements.

Customize the Email Template

Since you are dealing with your clients, you may need to customize the default email template or translate it to the language of the customer. This is possible to do in the Odoo settings. Also, if you are the sales person defined in the invoice, you will receive the same reminder as the CC contact in the email. You can also change this in the settings.

Customize the Intervals

By default the App will select unpaid invoices which are due for payment by checking on the invoice 'Due date' field. If the due date has passed by 1 day, The customer in the invoice will receive an email reminder. This one day trigger parameter can be changed depending on your requirement. Also, The app will keep checking once every week. If the same invoice has not been paid, the customer will receive another reminder. This behaviour can be modified in the settings

Installation

This Module is a standard Odoo Module. Once you purchase it, please follow the following steps to install it:

  • A download link will appear on the module description page.
  • You need to extract the downloaded file into Odoo 'addons' directory where all other modules are kept.
  • You then need to click on Updates Apps list for the new module to appear on the list of Apps.
  • Then you click on Install and wait for it to finish
  • After that you can go to configure the Logos, colors and your favorite templates as the default templates ...refer to Module Description for configuration
