This app helps you to schedule calibration on equipment.
Configuration
To do configuration, you need to setup the calibration control point. Which describe the equipment category.
Equipment have option to set the frequency of the calibration. And based on next execution the system automatic generate the calibration for that equipment similar like maintenance request.
Once the scheduler run, based on date it generate the new Calibration.
The generated Calibration request allows you to "Calibrate" the equipment. And you can set the measure and note. This will check control points calibration and if it is within the range it pass the Calibration request other wise Fail.
Once pass you can see information on calibration request.
In case, calibration fail. System allows managers to re-calibrate.
