Generic configuration wizard to assign role responsibility on different documents.

On select of From user and To user with Set option:

• On click of Start button it will open one by one wizard to choose fields of user you want to update in the document.
• You can also filter the records to update by state or stage selection of documents.
• On click of of Skip button it will skip to update current model and redirect to next pop up window.
