Overview
This module is used to manage vehicle requests from each employee. According to this module two employees can't request the same vehicle at same time. Because this module will check the vehicle availability. Also this module gives the validation for send request and requested dates.
Vehicle Request
Employee -> Vehicle Request -> Vehicle Request
Approval
Here Hr Manager can approve the vehicle request. Or she can refuse the request. Also Employee can cancel this request from this stage before approval or rejection.

i test module but when employee request different vehicles problems happen system doesn't allow i check the code and problem in the function called send you make for loop for general vehicles and this wrong , we must get one vehicle that employee need it then check available or not i will make edit in the function then upload edit but thanks for your effort
This module does not allow more than one employee to request different vehicles at once and once they are returned they get 'lost' in the system
