Employee Life-cycle
Manage Your Employees
This module will add various stages in employee profile and manage history of stage changes. For any organization its very important to manage history and stages of each employee. Joining date to releaving date employees went through many stages and those details will be tracked by this module. It will add some useful fields in employee profile too.
Personal Information of Employees:
- Blood Group
- Father's name
- Mother's name
- Emergency Contact
HR Settings:
- Create User : If create user is set true, it will automatically generate related user of an employee
- Employment Date : Employee's experience get calculated based on this field.
Employee state changes according to their work experience.
- Join : When Employee join the company.
- Training : When Employee goes under training program.
- Probation : Status between completion of training program and before confirmation of employment.
- Employment : During Employment in organization.
- Notice Period : When employee resign and service notice period.
- Relieved : When organization relieved the employee, System will inactive user related to employee on this stage.
- Terminate : When organization terminate employee.
- Rejoin : If relieved employee join the organization again.
Maintains Employee History : Employees can see their history right from Joining till Termination.
