Dynamic Leave Approval Hierarchy
This module provides the fascility for approve leave of employee base on dynamic configured hierarchy. User can create hierarchy for approval of leave for Ex: General manager, CEO, Managing Director. So base on this hierarchy leave will be approved by different users. And also user will get related mail notification for approval of Leave.
Create Leave Approval Hierarchy.
Dynamic approval of leave base on configured leave hierarchy. For Ex :
- HOD Approval
- General Manager Approval
- Manging Director Approval
Set leave approval hierarchy in related Employee.
After creating Leave Approval Hierarchy you can set that in employee form view under public information tab.
Create group for leave approval.
You need to create this group. So base on this group leave status will be created automatically, and base on this group particualr user will get access right for approval of leave.
Set Leave Group in Users.
After creating Leave Group set it to users, to user can get access right for approval of other employee's leave.
Leave will be approved base on Hierarchy.
After creating leave request it will be approved base on configured leave approval hierarchy.
Mail Notification.
When employee request for leave then it will send mail notification to next approval user, and when that next approval user approve leave then after it will send mail to second next approval.
