Dès l'installation du module le champ matricule est créé dans le profile de l'employé
Le champ matricule est l'identifiant de l'agent dans lentreprise ,ce champ devient indispensable.
La société ou l'entreprise
Quelques informations sont à fixer
Apres l'installation, d'autres champs pparaissent aussi dans les parametres de la societé ou de l'entreprise, trois champs
Allez dans configuration
Puis dans société, choisir le nom de la société
Remplir les champs Etat , Distribution et Direction
Le lot de bulletin
Le livre de paie se base sur le lot de bulletin mensuel
Pendant la création du lot de bulletin ,on n'a pas besoins de remplir les champs Etat, Direction et Distribution qui s'y trouvent, car les valeurs déjà configurées dans société sont prises en compte par defaut.
Aller dans lot de bulletin
Créer lot de bulletin
On peut choisir ou pas de remplir les champs,si vide, les valeurs dans socitété sont prises.
Le Livre de paie
Aprés la creation du lot de bulletin , on peut imprimer le livre de paie et le resumé qui cumule toutes les charges de l'entreprise et même les cotisations de l'Ipres et autres Taxe pour la déclarion d'impôt....
On peu choisir ou pas de remplir les champs,si vide, les valeurs dans socitété sont prises.
