JustInTime Quotations
This module has the ability to associate Quotation/SO with a Tender and this one with several RFQ to your suppliers. With our selection, order the products you need. In the end deliver the products to your customers.
Usage
This module enables you to create a quotation for a customer with the products/services he needs, linking it to RFQs to your suppliers. There are email notifications for the different status transitions.
In the Quotation form, fill in the necessary fields and also the Tender Information. There is no need to fill in the Sale Order lines. They will be filled in later with the suppliers replied information. Enter the client requirements into tab "Tender Information". When finished "Create Tender".
In the Purchase Tender/Agreement form you can issue a RFQ to your suppliers selecting "New Quotation".
In the Tender, it’s possible to create as many RFQ as you want.
In the Tender, you need to update the price, vendor and reference. It is possible to see how many vendors replied to the RFQ. When all the info is in the tender, select "Answer SO". All products, qty and prices are transferred to the SO.
This is the Sale Order view with all the product lines filled from tender to send to your client and confirm the Sale.
Configuration
To specify which user should be responsible for Tenders go to Purchases > Settings > Purchase Order > Default Purchase User.
