Automatic fill budget on quotation
This module provides you with following features
- This module will automatic fill the budget when the user clicks on "Confirm sale" on the Quotation.

How it works
The module will create two "Budget Position", Recipe and expense, the recipes will be associated with all the accounts started by 6 and the expenses associated with all the accounts started by 7.
If already exist "Budget Positions" with the names "Recipe" or "Expense" the module will use them.
Confirm sale button
The "Confirm sale" button will create in the background the budgets and their lines and associate to the analytic account present in the "Quotation"
The Analytic Account
The Analytic Account will have two lines for each line in the quotation, one for the recipes and one for the expenses
