What about tracking for Quotations and other documents sent to the customer from different objects ?
Here we have sent quotations and other documents to the same customer but that tracking is not shown here at sent mails or receive mails
Does not show messages received or sent
Tried on two installations. Does not show messages received or sent. Will show only if sent through the button itself. And only the letter sent. And there is the same confusion. I send through sent, and it is visible through received. In general, the module is not working.
