Integration Between Sales And Purchase

Installation

  • Install this module in a usual way

Configuration

  • User must have access to create/write Purchase/Sales access in order to convert to purchase/sale order.
  • Go to Sales settings via under Configuration >> Settings.
  • Set Default Sales Order state for created Sales orders.
  • Check Allow Convert **state name** field if you want allow to convert in current state.
  • Go to Purchase settings via Purchase menu >> Configuration >> Settings option.
  • Set Default Purchase Order state for created Purchase orders.
  • Check Allow Convert **state name** field if you want allow to convert in current state.

Usage

  • Open menu Sales >> Quotations/Sale Order >> Choose SO.
  • If so in allowed state, there will be button Convert to Purchase Order.
  • Open menu Purchase >> Quotations/Purchase Orders >> Choose PO.
  • If purchase order in configured state, there will be button Convert to Sale Order.
