Sbis exchange
This module allows you to upload accounting documents from Odoo to sbis.ru.
Usage
Batch upload of documents
Go to Accounting > Customer Invoices in the list view. Check the documents that you want to upload to the Sbis.ru. Open the action dropdown menu and choose "SBIS exchange" item.
In the modal window, select the type of document that you want to upload to sbis.ru. Then click the "Upload documents to SBIS" button.
Uploading one set of documents to sbis.ru
Go to Accounting > Customer Invoices and open the invoice you want to send to sbis.ru. Click on the SBIS Send button.
In the modal window, select the type of document that you want to upload to sbis.ru. Then click the "Upload documents to SBIS" button.
After this, documents will appear in the Sbis.ru personal account on the outgoing documents page, ready for signing and sending to the counterparty. Now you can go to the sbis.ru personal account to sign and send documents.
After sending the document to sbis.ru in the invoice to Odoo 1) will appear: two new buttons: "Update state" and "Open", 2) will be filled the "SBIS url", "SBIS state" and "Attachment Name" fields in the EDI Documents tab.
"Open" button and "SBIS url" open a package of documents in sbis.ru
"Attachment name" is a list of PDF files sent to SBIS.RU. Each of the PDF files can be downloaded and viewed.
Document status update
After signing and sending the counterparty's document, you can check its status and find out if the counterparty signed the document. To do this, click on the refresh button.
Error handling
If an error occurs on the Sbis.ru side, it will be displayed in the modal window.
Configuration
Go to Accounting > Settings > SBIS, and fill in the 'Sbis login', 'Password', and 'Account Number' fields if necessary. Details of setting access rights in the sbis.ru personal account are described on the page https://sbis.ru/help/integration/api/sequence/right
