Purchase Items History
You can view yearly details of products based on vendors
This application helps you to view the yearly purchased products based on particular vendor.
Key Features:
Purchase request products shown as individual line in purchase request line.
Shows purchase history of a product in purchase request line window.
Purchase history defines future purchases.
Access and view details of product purchased from different vendors.
Sort orders by order date, order number, Vendor, UOM, Qty Ordered, unit price and the total order amount.
Can view current month Qty ordered and Qty received.
Latest 10 orders will be shown in Suppliers tab.
Purchase history tab will show Bar, Line and Pie chart for years of records.
Easily reorder.
Can View an item's last purchase price.
How to view?
Can view by selecting purchase request lines then click on "Dashboard" icon.
Select "Purchase Request" menu and create purchase request.
After created purchase request, it will be added in the purchase request lines.
This will help you to view overall details of purchased order.
Suppliers
In the suppliers tab will view the ordered details based on the vendors.In this window, it will list last 10 records of product purchased by the vendors.
Purchase History
View the details of the products be purchased along with the selected year,quantity received and quantity ordered.
Overall record details will be view in Bar Chart
Line Chart
Pie Chart
Can easily get details of current month
It will show the current month of purchased products with the quantity received and quantity ordered for the appropriate product.
