Alfresco Process Services integration provides the process of approving purchase invoices created in Odoo into advanced workflow manage system. Integration the innvoice approving process with Alfresco Process Services give You the extended way to configure Your business process rules related to approving decision to make it right for the right person. Approving process can also be depended on other business procesess which are implemented into Alfresco so You can manage more sophisticated and advanced process which decision at the end can give the right to approve the invoice in Odoo.
Create process in AlFresco and manage process of approving purchase invoices in Odoo.
Once You create an invoice in Odoo it's approving will be impossible until reffered approving process in Alfresco will be accepted. Create purchase invoice using Odoo, remember to set Reference field.
Every try of approving invoice in Odoo checks related process state for this document in Alfresco. The whole Alfresco process including this reffered document can be more advanced and have more dependent decisions but at the end Odoo will require the final state of approving process.
The final approving possibility in Odoo depends on the final state of the BPM approving process. Only if it's accepted in BPM You can approve it in Odoo.
Attachment contained in accepted BPM approving process will be related as a URL in Odoo invoice.
