Website sitemap filter

Allows to filter entries in auto generated sitemap

  • Define the excluded URL

  • And then ... they will not be anymore in the website sitemap.xml

URLs to be excluded are put on top of sitemap.xml

Highly recommended for SEO (do not reference payment pages for example). As already said, it missed a wildcard filter. That would help to manage existing and future URLs. A SEO enhancememt would be the ability to split sitemap.xml in several files following rules. This help fix index problems in Google Search Console.

Thank you Eduard for your wilcard suggestion, we keep it as enhancement request. This module is dedicated to sitemap.xml exclusions, for instance to make /web/database/manager URL not discoverable at all :)

Dynamic expression filter understands? Ex.: /forum/*/tag Of course, it would be nice if these exceptions came from robots.txt
