Split Purchase RFQ

This module will help the user to split the Purchase RFQ. The user can select the Purchase RFQ lines and click on 'Split RFQ' button in order to create new Purchase RFQ quickly with the selected RFQ lines. The user must have access group 'Allow Split Purchase RFQ' to enabel this funcitonaity for them.
