Multiple Write Off Lines in Register Payments.

Key Features:

  • Write off in multiple account to register payment of multiple invoices.
  • User have option to choose single or multiple write off accounts during register payment.
  • Can post payment difference to single or multiple account.
  • Can assign write of amount to account with manual amount or percentage.

Select multiple invoice and click on register payment button.



Here total amount due for both invoices are 2655.20



Customer paying 2000, and remaining amount we are writing off to multiple accounts



Here is payment record of 2000 which customer paid



Both invoice is paid as we write off payment deference amount to multiple accounts



Here is journal entry of payment, with write off accounts



Multiple Write Off Lines in Register Payments(Single Invoice).

Goto invoice and click on register payment.



1. Here our payment amount is 60000.

2. Payment difference amount is 10800.

3. We are selected option to post this difference in multiple accounts.

4. Validate the payment by clicking "VALIDATE" button.



Now the invoice is Paid.
