Odoo 11 Quick Inventory (Fast Inventory) (Enable with Barcode Scanner)
This module allow user to create new internal transfer and inventory adjustments from swift inventory.
Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.
How to use
1. Quick Internal Transfer
- When you click on 'Inventory' menu you can see one button "Quick Internal Transfer" in "Dashboard".
- When you click on 'Quick Internal Transfer' button open new view for create internal transfer.
- you can search products and scan products via barcode and add into cart.
- If multi company option is true then you can make internal transfer company wise different locations.
- When you scan product or enter product manually into cart then if tracking is 'By Lots' or 'By Unique Serial Number' then automatically open popup and ask for serial number or lot number.
- You can add lot and serial number manually or via scan barcode.
- Also if serial or lot number is invalid then it will automatically remove from popup.
- When internal transfer successfully created then you can see one message in popup and with internal transfer name.
- You can also see one icon after 'Warehouse' field, when you click on that icon you can see internal transfers which you create from swift inventory till you reload page.
- Also when you click on internal transfer name, it will redirected to that record.
2. Quick Inventory Adjustments
- For create Inventory Adjustments from swift inventory, go to menu Inventory -> Inventory Adjustments.
- When you click on 'Quick Inventory Adjustments' button open new view for create inventory adjustments.
- you can search products and scan products via barcode and add into cart.
- If multi company option is true then you have option for which company you want to make inventory adjustments.
- When you scan product or enter product manually into cart then if invenory tracking of product is 'By Lots' or 'By Unique Serial Number' then automatically open popup and ask for serial number or lot number.
- You can add lot and serial number manually or via scan barcode.
- Also if serial or lot number is invalid then it will automatically remove from popup.
- When inventory adjustment successfully created then you can see one message in popup and with inventory adjustment name.
- You can also see one icon after Inventoried location/Company field, when you click on that icon you can see inventory adjustment list which you create from swift inventory adjustment till you reload page.
- Also when you click on Inventory adjustments name, it will redirected to that record.
