Odoo 11 Quick Invoice (Fast Invoice)
This module allow user to create new invoice order from swift invoice.
Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.
How to use
- Configure journals for create invoice order in paid state from quick sale.
- When you click on invoicing menu you can see one button "Swift invoice" in 'Customer Invoices' and 'Vendor Bills' order list view.
- When you click on 'Swift invoice' button open new view for create invoice for customer and vendor.
- you can search products and scan products via barcode and add into cart.
- Also you can set customer or vendor.
- As per below image you can also on cart line click expand selected line and you can set quantity and product price also.
- When you select state 'Paid' then payment line will be visible as per below image and you can split payment in different journals and create invoice order.
- In footer part, you can see whole invoice order information like total products, products quantity, taxes etc.
- When invoice order successfully created then you can see one message in popup and with invoice order number.
- You can also see one icon after 'Invoice Date' field, when you click on that icon you can see invoice orders which you create from swift invoice till you reload page.
- Also when you click on invoice order number, it will redirected to that invoice order record.
NOTE: We give 60 days support for our customers. Before trying in your live db, please ask us to provide you for test link. If any other custom modules are installed and because of that some errors occurs then we charge extra.
