Odoo 11 Quick Purchase Order (Fast Purchase Order)
This module allows user to create quick purchase order (Fast Purchase Order).
Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.
How to use
- Configure journals for create purchase order in paid state from quick sale.
- When you click on purchases menu you can see one button "Swift purchase" in purchase order list view.
- When you click on 'Swift Purchase' button open new view for create purchase order.
- you can search products and scan products via barcode and add into cart.
- Also you can set customer.
- As per below image you can also on cart line click expand selected line and you can set quantity and product price also.
- When you select state 'Paid' then payment line will be visible as per below image and you can split payment in different journals and create purchase order.
- In footer part, you can see whole purchase order information like total products, products quantity, taxes etc.
- When purchase order successfully created then you can see one message in popup and with purchase order number.
- You can also see one icon after 'Date' field, when you click on that icon you can see purchase order which you create from swift purchase till you reload page.
- Also when you click on purchase order number, it will redirected to that purchase order record.
NOTE: We give 60 days support for our customers. Before trying in your live db, please ask us to provide you for test link. If any other custom modules are installed and because of that some errors occurs then we charge extra.
